WP2: Enlarged System Bandwidth

The goals of this workpackage are:

To enhance the targeted conventional wireless MAN by smart spectrum usage functionality, which increases the available spectrum

to develop concepts for operation on wider channels,
to enable multi-band capability and assess its impact on the system behaviour and performance, and finally,
to select and improve concepts for dynamic access to radio spectrum in order to opportunistically use spectrum and allow coexistence in commonly used frequency bands.

To evaluate system performance by means of analysis and simulation.
